Oh wow, what a great list from the experts about getting more website traffic. I need to check these for what they say about using social media. My blog is fairly new, around 4 months, but I’ve really neglected the social media platforms. This is an excellent list of resources for my research to see what they say about that aspect of driving traffic.

Thanks for putting this together! Saves me some work. 🙂

I think traffic is the most challenging part of any new business because there are a lot of competitions. The truth is that SEO needs a lot of time and work and advertising is very expensive. Contents that are going viral these days are the winners. Do you agree?

Thank you for gathering a ton of great content. Especially the first two articles from Backlinko. I just shared your post on Twitter and bookmarked it to check it again later. I don’t know why the number of twitter shares is not increased yet. (Please check if it works correctly)

      Hello Albert,

Creating viral content is a great way to attract traffic. Although it is not that easy but if just one piece of your content goes viral your traffic will explode.

Thank you for sharing my post on Twitter. You are right about my Twitter share count button. It doesn’t work. I need to fix that.

      Thank you for your comment,

Thanks for the informative post about getting tons of traffic to a website through working strategies from the experts! You have said it all that website traffic is the lifeblood of any site and, without it, a site becomes like a boring classroom where there are no more than one student learning and receiving lectures at all times.

I appreciate the collection of helpful and highly-engaging posts that will surely help a lot in building website traffic! I’ve begun clicking on those posts one after the other checking out the strategies recommended and implemented by the experts out there. Thanks for this amazing provision!

I believed so much in the strategies implemented by Brian Dean, Neil Patel and others. I’m particularly interested in the fact that I can get more traffic without writing more content using the posts I already published so far on my blog. This is really amazing and interesting. Thanks for the great work!

The best traffic in my opinion is free traffic as those potential customers are interested in your niche and usually come to your website via social media or Google search. I’m interested to hear your opinion about traffic. Do you think paid traffic like Facebook and Instagram ads are a must in 2018 for increasing traffic? How much time does a business need to reach 100 visitors/day with free traffic?

    • Nikos says:

      Hello John,

I agree with you. I also believe organic traffic converts way better when compared to paid advertising. A combination of both free and ads (social media ads, PPC, etc) can deliver great results. But that is totally up to you and your marketing strategy.

As for how long long it will take you to reach 100 visitors per day it depends on so many factors. Like the quality of your content, your landing pages, your Call-To-Actions, etc. But with a good SEO & social media strategy and high-quality content you can reach that number pretty fast.

    Good Morning Nikos,

Website traffic is the life blood of any business, I must say I like how you explain traffic to your readers.

I went to look at Brian Dean and his long post and find it is too much information to digest all at once.

Then came the good video of Neil Patel with his 3 simple tricks, I liked the idea of resharing old posts like once a month.

Alex also gave good ideas in how to increase traffic for free.

You have written a super post with a lot of valuable information but I feel overwhelmed by it all and realize there is heaps of work waiting for me. Anyhow, thank you so much I will do it slowly but surely.

    Regards, Taetske
