CloutShout Review – Legit or Scam?
Can CloutShout help you make money online?
Or is it a scam?
Cloutshout claims to be the #1 Influencer Network, where you can earn $20-$40 per hour! Of course, that is according to them. But is this true, or is Cloushout a site where no one ever gets paid?
If you are reading this, review it means you are looking for ways to earn some extra money online. Making money online is possible. You should have no doubts about that and there are many ways to do this. But as we all, know there are also plenty of scammers online trying to deceive you and take your money.
So, the question is if CloutShout can help you earn money online or not?
That is what we will discuss in this review. I’ll explain what CloutShout is, how it works, and if it works or not.
Disclaimer. I am not an affiliate or a member of Cloutshout. My review is based on information available to everyone online. This review is my opinion and is based on my research. Results may vary and may not apply to all persons.
Let’s take a closer look.
Name: Cloutshout
Website: cloutshout.co
Owner: Unknown (at least to me)
Price: Free to join
Verdict: Not Recommended (waste of time)
What is CloutShout.co?
CloutShout claims to have been named the “#1 Influencer Earning Network” where any social media user can become “a successful influencer”. On their homepage, they say you can earn up to $60 per task and 20% of your referrals earnings. That sounds amazing especially since you can join CloutShout for free. If only it were true.
At first, CloutShout sounds awesome and like a great online opportunity, but if we take a closer look, we will see that it looks too good to be true. Unfortunately, CloutShout is not the site that is going to help you make money online with little to no work. Not that such a thing exists anyway.
CloudShout is a GPT (Get- Paid-To) website that pays you for completing small tasks (like taking surveys, downloading apps) and referring others to join. But it turns out it is not that either. CloudShout is not a legit GPT website because they never pay their members. There are plenty of complaints online from people who tried it and never got paid.
The truth is there are many other similar websites online like CashForShare, Tap2Earn, Use2Earn, EarnBucks.co, all claiming they can help you make easy money online. What they all have in common are the unrealistic payouts they offer compared to legitimate GPT sites.
Legit GPT sites (like SurveyJunkie, Swagbucks) don’t pay as much as these sites. Sites like CloudShout create high expectations but they always fail to deliver. They usually only last for a few months before disappearing only to appear later under a different name.

How Does CloutShout Work?
Signing up to CloutShout is free and available to everyone. In theory, making money with CloutShout is a very simple process. But in reality, I am afraid the system doesn’t work, and you won’t earn anything. According to CloutShout members, are paid with “money generated from ad-spend revenue and sponsorship products”.
Again according to the information available on their website CloutShout was founded in 2015 in Amsterdam and it was designed to connect influencers with top corporations (advertisers). For a site that claims to be the #1 Influencer Earning Network, I found no influencers on social media talking about or promoting CloutShout. I also found no information about CloutShout being mentioned in Forbes as they claim.
What I believe CloutShout is interested in is collecting your personal data (email, telephone number, etc.) and your credit card or bank account information. They also make money from you every time you complete one of their tasks.
Here is how it works according to them:
- Join CloutShout. Signing up is free and you’ll earn a $25 bonus for creating your account.
- Share your link all over the social media and earn $10 per referral and $2 for every person clicking your link.
- Redeem your earnings. Withdraw your money through PayPal, Bitcoin, mailed check once you reach a certain threshold.
You can also complete surveys for $25, download apps for $10, and create YouTube videos for $50 to earn more money. These are the tasks you can take and are available on the CloutShout dashboard. Some of the apps you have to download to complete the task require you to spend money to subscribe or submit your phone number.
I wouldn’t trust those apps with my personal information. You risk getting charged without even realizing it. As far as I know, these tasks could be CPA (Cost-Per-Action) offers. Every time you complete a task the owner of CloutShout might earn a commission.
The money that CloutShout claims to pay also makes no sense. For example, legit online survey sites pay between $0.50 -$10.00 on average. Not $25 for every survey you complete.
Based on my research CloutShout, doesn’t pay its members. Every time you complete a task or refer someone to CloutShout the money will appear in your account, but when you try to cash out your earnings, the system will deny your request.
Pros & Cons
CloutShout doesn’t look like a legitimate site to me. It looks similar (almost identical) to other sites that turned out to be scams. A visit to their website will reveal to you all the usual red flags we so often see on websites that are nothing more than a waste of time.
Pros
CloutShout is free to join. That means you can try it yourself if you want (although I don’t recommend it) and see what it is all about. That is the only good thing I can say about CloutShout. Other than that, I liked nothing about it.
Cons
- Unknown owners. I found no information online or on CloutShout’s website about who is its owner. If this is the #1 Influencer Earning Network like they claim to be, why the the name of the founder is not mentioned anywhere. That is usually how scam sites work. Websites that don’t reveal the identity of their owner should not be trusted.
- Terms & Conditions. Their T&Cs; make no sense, and that’s one more reason why you should avoid CloutShout. In order to use CloutShout’s website and services, you have to be 99 years old (or older).
Does this make any sense to you? That is something I have seen before in many similar GPT sites like CashForShare (you can read my review here). Perhaps they just copied and pasted the Terms & Conditions from other sites, but I think it is pretty clear this site doesn’t intend to pay you. It doesn’t look like a legitimate site to me.
- There are plenty of complaints online. Doing a quick Google search about CloutShout will reveal you nothing but complaints. And all have to do with the same thing. Not getting paid. No matter how many tasks you complete or how many people you refer to CloutShout in the end, you won’t get paid. I found no real testimonials or proofs that people can make money online with this site.

The only thing I found is reviews and people saying CloutShout is a scam.
- The creation date of CloutShout is questionable. CloutShout says it was created back in March 2015 but according to the website whois.com the domain name, CloutShout.co was registered in 2020. This is a tactic many scam websites use to get your trust and make you think they must be legit since they have been around for that long.
Despite that, they have no problem showing payment proofs on their website dating back to 2019. That is one more reason why this earning network should be avoided.
Conclusion
In my opinion, CloutShout is a website that is not going to help you make money online. There are dozens of similar websites online that look exactly the same. The people behind CloutShout are probably the same ones who created all or at least some of these sites.
All of them claim the same things and work in the same way. They tell you all you need to do to earn money online with their system is to complete a few tasks and refer new members to their sites. But the truth is there are many complaints online from people who tried them and never got paid.
If you want to make money, you should stop wasting your time with sites like CloutShout. You will never earn anything that way.
If you want to earn money online by completing surveys and small tasks, you should read the post I mentioned at the beginning of this review. You must know that the earning potential is low.
A better way to make money online is by starting an affiliate marketing business. It costs almost nothing to get started and is a business that has been proven to work. It is not a get-rich-quick-scheme but it’s a great way to make money online.

Wow, this is a powerful review and rebuke of CloutShout claims. Well done! Companies that intend to scam people and hide the facts about what they ask you to agree to is just despicable. I applaud your research into this company and detailing what you found and why you have concluded that CloutShout is not, and has no intention of helping you make money online.
